The recent global chaos, caused by wars and tariffs resulting in oil price rise unleashed unprecedented shipping costs increases and severe shipping restrictions by many shipping carriers as well as delays. Added to this, the new financial and e-commerce regulations from the USA, UK and EU countries made thigs even more complicated for UK and EU with some repercussions felt world-wide even in countries apparently not directly affected by the global chaos or regulations.
Since July 1, all shippments to European countries are charged upfornt by the shipping carrier with a fixed tax of 3 euros plus percentage of the shipping value, leading to a shipping cost rise of at least 3 euros or the USD equivalent for each different item containet in a parcel shipped to the EU. This surcharge it is not our choice or decision and we have to pay it upfront when the parcel is posted. In return, you should expect to pay no taxes at arrival in your country if the order value is less than the equivalent of 150 euros.
Although we strongly advocate a fair price policy the sudden price change and random change of regulations it is beyond our control. We recommend one or few shipping methods which you can chose but we cannot guarantee the availability and cost at the time of shipping. It can happen that the price or availability of the shipping method suddenly change without prior notice and we have to use another shipping method available at the time of shipping. If its the case we will contact you and discus the alternatives.
