| Products purchased from connexelectronic website will be send as soon as the payment was cleared, within 3-8 working days for any of the available products by default with China Post or SZ Post carrier.
For any urgent delivery, please contact us to arrange faster shipping. Due to large number of products variants, such as output power or output voltages for the power supplies which requires custom configuration or custom made components,
such as heatsinkns, housings, transformers, some products might need an aditional week or two, to be custom made based on the required options. Please make sure that you read this note and fully understand before placing an order.

The shipping ussually takes between 12-20 days, depending on the desstination. Countries like USA, UK, AU, CA, receive the package faster, while for countries like middle-east or Africa may take a little longer.
Also, around winter holidays and Chinese New Year season, we shall expect longer shipping times than usual. Please be aware of this issue before ordering.
By default, an on-line tracking number will be provided which can be monitored in the carrier system. For more informations about the shippment status you can contact us.
On request we can provide other shipping methods, or other carriers, such as DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS, FedEx. For countries like Germany, Italy, Russia, we strongly recommend to upgrade the shipping to DHL or EMS.
The price difference will be confirmed before or after placing the order, by mail. Declining to do this, will void any responsability if the package is not received on time, lost by the carrier or kept at customs.
In certain countries, the customer might have to pay import taxes for purchased products. The tax is payd to the local authorities and the value depends on the purchasing values.
This tax must be paid exclusivly by the buyer and its is own responsability to be informed about the tax value prior placing an order. If the customer refuse to pay the tax, it is entirely his responsability,
as the package will not be delivered, and might be kept at customs for a while, then probably returned to us, forcing us to pay import taxes as well plus shipping charges from destination country back to us.
In the unlikely event that this ocure, we reserve the right to resend the package if the customer pays the shipping cost difference, or refund at most the purchasing value minus all deducted shipping costs and import taxes
which we have to pay to recover the product, after a careful quality inspection.
All the complete products except unassembled kits have 3 months warranty from the purchase date and we offer support for installation,
configuration and guidance to avoid malfunction. If the product has issues or you are not sure about its features, please mail us first instead asking on various internet places.
The chance that a third party to be able to support an issue and answer to a question better than we can is minimal. Moreover, unqualified support will increase the chance of of doing something wrong or even damage,
and we do not encourage to ask for support as it can lead to loss of warranty if the products were damaged following wrong advices given by unauthorized persons.
We are convinced that we know more about our own products than someone else, and we pursuide to ask us first. In case of malfunction, the product must be sent back, we will evaluate the condition and the cause of damage,
and we will repair or exchange, depending on the condition. If the product was damaged by itself, DOA or due shipping, and not because neglijence, intentionally or improper usage, it will be no charge for repair or replace, just for shipping back.
The shipping cost back and forth will be supported by the customer. If the product need to be repaired after the 3 months warrany period, we can repair without charging the labor cost, just the price of the parts, and the shipping back after is repaired.
We do NOT issue a refund after the 3 months period from the purchasing date expires, or for a product which was intentionall damaged or due to missusage, or due to unauthorized modifications which lead to failure but we can repair and return in properly working condition.PURCHASING THE PRODUCTS FROM Connexelectronic MEANS THAT YOU ARE FULLY AWARE AND AGREE WITH THIS CONDITIONS. |
